We collect the information you share through our contact, booking and newsletter forms, such as your name, email address, phone number and enquiry details. When you book a class we also record your attendance and membership history.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage class bookings and memberships, send the updates you have asked for and keep the website running smoothly.
Sharing and service providers
We work with a small number of trusted providers, including our booking platform, payment processor and email service. Each one receives only the information it needs and is bound by a data processing agreement.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses essential cookies to keep it working and privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent, and you can change your choice at any time.
Data retention and security
We keep member records while your membership is active and for up to six years afterwards for accounting purposes. Enquiries are deleted after 12 months. All data is stored on encrypted systems and only staff who need it can access it.
Your choices and rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is used. Email privacy@kraventis.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
